We are now looking for a Senior Systems Engineer based at our head office in Kista who wants to be part of our journey towards becoming the market leader in lithium batteries for the global telecom market. About the position
To succeed at Incell, a multicultural company with high growth targets, you need to thrive in a fast-moving environment. As a Senior Systems Engineer you are a key member of the team and responsible for system design and architecture in our product- and platform projects. The products include hardware and firmware and are connected to other systems or services.
Your responsibilities also include management and interpretation of customer and regulatory requirements, and from this deriving good qualitative product and platform requirements, including modular interfaces and module requirements. Managing certification strategies is also a part of the role.
In this role you write requirements and test specifications for hardware and software, define and specify modules, sub-systems and systems. The team is also all over responsible for top level requirements fulfillment for the products and systems being developed.
We expect you to drive technical forums in projects, and to drive or participate in pre-study projects. In this position you work closely with other colleagues within the company and support sales and production in system related questions.
Qualifications and experience:
• A university degree in engineering (Electronics and/ or Computer Science)
• Solid technical experience preferably in batteries, telecom or power systems
• Solid experience in for the role required areas
• Excellent communications and documentation skills
• Deep knowledge in electronics, mechanics and/ or other similar areas
As a person we believe you to be a problem solver and to think analytical and critically. You like working independently and to take initiatives. To be successful in this role you also have a structured and organized way and good cooperation skills. Since you will be working with different functions and teams around the world it is important that you are fluent in English and have great communications skills.
This position is placed in Kista and the role will involve some travelling.
