We are looking for an individual with strong technical and leadership skills who wants to be part of a skilled implementation team: solving resource optimization problems, designing and customizing our crew management products for airlines. You will work in close collaboration with our clients and act as the technical lead as well as an individual contributor. Work tasks include understanding the client's needs, capturing requirements, writing detailed design specifications, developing software, leading a technical team and verifying quality and testing. You will be based in Gothenburg and will be expected to travel.

Requirements:

You have excellent software development skills, we expect at least 3 years of relevant experience
You have documented experience with commercial software development projects
You have Java and Python skills
You are organized, take responsibility and have experience of leading technical teams
You are fluent in English

Ideally:

Agile development methodologies
University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar
You have experience in Unix

The right candidate has experience of leading technical teams along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ideally he/she has an analytical approach to problem solving. We believe that a mentoring mindset with interest in techique as well in human relations is a prerequisite for success.
