At Elekta, we don't just build technology. We build hope for everyone dealing with cancer. As Senior System Verification Engineer & NGL Lab Manager you will take part in system verification activities and work as part of a team of system verification engineers with integration and verification planning and execution.
In addition you will work with Configuration management of the test facilities used for integration tests, verification tests and free user tests on system level, as well as keeping the people that are working in the bunkers and labs safe and trained on lab safety.
Responsibilities
In addition to the above, the Senior System Verification Engineer & NGL Lab Manager will also take on responsibilities such as:
Drive or contribute to system verification activities, including e.g System verification strategy, which the team is responsible for, Reviewing system requirements and Writing test cases and detailed test procedures.
Executing test cases and documenting the result in test reports
Drive or contribute to integration activities, including updating and documenting of system integration points and executing test cases and documenting the results
Train engineers that will be working in the labs and bunkers
Maintain records of training status for people working in the labs and bunkers
Drive risk analysis of work in the labs and bunkers, to keep all personnel safe
Perform quarterly reviews of site status, with safety and work environment
What you bring
Master of Science in engineering or equivalent
Experience of system verification roles in complex development projects
Understanding of system verification concepts and best practices
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly proficient in English
