Develop next generation platform for Self-driving cars

About our R&D - System Design & Integration
Our department consist of around 180 people that are responsible for the Active safety platform, enabling driver assistance and collision avoidance functions. It also includes enabling Autonomous Drive for the customer. To make this happen we are working closely with multiple stakeholders, function responsible, software developers and partners as NVIDIA. We are also working together with sensor team responsible for state-of-the-art LiDARs, ultrasonic sensors as well as cameras and radars.

Within our group we have several core areas as System design, Software architecture and Software Integration & verification.

We are now looking for a System test engineer.
To be a leader comes natural for you and you have an easy way of collaborating with your colleagues and taking problems towards solution. You have strong leadership skills for delegating tasks or directing the work of others.

You will become a member in a group of 35, divide in smaller teams and work cross functional together with several stakeholders, attribute owners, platform developers, system design engineers and sensor team. You have ability to communicate and work well with others to ensure functionality in their design and be able to meet strict deadlines. You are a structured and self-motivated team player that will contribute and collaborate.

We see that you have a solid hands-on test experience within system design and software. You are skilled in automating test methods and work towards continuously integration (CI) chain for system and software verification and you have also been working with HIL and SIL environments.
You need to have a good understanding and interest in the actual system design to be able to define needed test cases and strategies.
Your key tasks
One key task is to lead the test strategy and define needed test methods & test cases for our next coming platform. You will, together with our team, secure that we have the right need of test requirements, planning and coordination to deliver a stable system platform. You will perform complex system behaviour analysis & solve complex problems with an analytical, systematic approach.
As a test lead you will together with our team secure that the whole system is quality assured. The system needs to work together with several SW deliverers, different sensor, 3'rd part applications, diagnostic and more. Hands-on testing, scripting test cases and handle needed documentation is part in your daily work.

Do you fit the profile?
You have
* Master of Science within electronics, mechatronics, software or similar.
* Minimum 6 years of experience from verification of software and system design.
* Experience in agile development.
* Experience within verification of system safety standards e.g. ISO26262, SOTIF.
* Experience within automated verification of system design and software.
* Experience within creating tool chain for verification e.g. CI.
* Experience from Automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet (TCP/IP, UDP SOME/IP), UDS.
* Experience in Test automation tools e.g., Vector hardware & software
* Experience in writing test cases in e.g Python, Vector CAPL, C/C++.
* Experience in Linux/QNX operating system is a merit
* Good communication skills in English (speech and writing)

* Driver's license "B", valid in EU.
