GTMS's Nordic Platform and Program Management Office (PPMO) at Nasdaq are recruiting a Senior System Manager. This position would drive and develop GTMS platform strategy, especially the Genium INET system with surrounding applications. The person taking on this position should have excellent knowledge about our systems and infrastructure. The individual will work closely with multiple PPMO stakeholders, across business lines and support functions. This person would work to identify and recommend the business requirements for a cost-effective technology solution for all aspects of the GTMS technical platform.
General responsibilities:
• Leads GTMS strategic roadmap for cross RBU platforms.
• Leads and explore GTMS customer's technical/interface needs to formulate and recommend strategic roadmap.
• Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
• Working across disciplines and teams, develops strategic solutions to complex, non-routine problems during the design and planning phases.
• Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
• Makes recommendations for product solutions based upon feedback from RBUs and customer base, ensuring alignment with strategy and business outcomes.
Identifies and drives new business opportunities and creates appropriate business plans throughout the matrix organization.
To perform well within Nasdaq you must enjoy working in a high speed and international environment. Furthermore, you need to be flexible and able to adapt to new prerequisites since Nasdaq is an ever changing company in an ever changing industry. This is a permanent full time position located in Stockholm. Desired start date is as soon as possible.
Education, Professional accomplishments, and Certifications:
• Masters degree whitin a discipline related to Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Having a MBA is meritorious but not a requirement.
• 8 plus years ' experience.

• Specialized development in commercial or business acumen, financial or strategic thinking.
• Regarded as the technical expert in their particular field.
• Senior leaders within Nasdaq seek them out for development and new product development.
• As the senior expert, acts as the escalation point for both internal and external people as it relates to technical expertise.
• Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process or service improvements.
• Is visionary from a new solutions/products perspective, considering 'what is possible'.
• Is involved in functional strategy formulation; can over-ride functional directives when required.
