We currently have the following job opening;
Senior System Manager Closures
As a Senior System Manager you are responsible to lead the development of new systems within the closure module team for one or several new car projects. You will also have the responsibility to manage the the deliveries from the project team both in Sweden and China. The closure team is responsible for development of doors, hood, tailgate, sunroof, closure mechanics and sealing systems.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Lead, develop and release system design solutions together with our partners and suppliers, based on best practice to meet new requirements
• Define, plan and monitor system testing and validation
• Lead & coordinate the cross functional team and overall work tasks
Requirements
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. eng.
• 8-10 years? experience of automotive development
• Relevant experience of the closure system area
• Knowledge about trends and applicability of new technologies
• Experience of project management
• Experience of supplier management
• Ability to drive, motivate and convince
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian ? European culture
• Easy to communicate with people
• Ability to drive, motivate and convince
• Strong work ethics and high integrity
