Develop and execute system verification plans, support product lifecycle management, and drive continuous improvements from design transfer to post-market issues.
Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and promote technical excellence and innovation across the organization.
Support broader organizational objectives as needed.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone that has:
Bachelor's or Master's in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, with 8+ years in system design, development, and integration, preferably in regulated industries.
Strong experience in system architecture, hardware-software integration, risk management, and familiarity with medical device regulations (FDA, EU MDR, ISO 13485).
Skilled in systems engineering tools for modeling and requirements management, with expertise in troubleshooting and balancing performance, cost, and compliance.
Strong communicator with leadership skills, capable of working in cross-functional teams.
