Would you like to join a team of senior professionals in our R&D organization that leads change in Systems Engineering?
To master the lifecycle of our Products and Solutions is a foundational element in Tetra Pak's strategy, securing we can deliver on Food Safety & Quality, Sustainability and Digital transformation. We are therefore strengthening our team with one more senior person in the field of Systems Engineering.
What you will do
If you feel there is a match, we can offer a challenging but rewarding position in one of the absolute key areas of Tetra Pak.
You will focus on:
• Define and lead change in the area of Systems Engineering
• Define and lead Strategic Technical Planning
• Define and own Common Solution Architectures and System Data
• Coach Systems Engineers in our R&D projects
This position will be located in Lund, but you will work in a global arena.
Who you are
We believe that you are visionary and systematic with broad experience from Systems Engineering. You enjoy leading change in large companies with fast changing/uncertain environment and are a hands-on person that makes things happen. Furthermore, you have a well-developed business mindset and good understanding of the different business disciplines in large companies as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills applicable on all levels in a large company.
To be successful in this position you have a strong background in Systems Engineering and product development and practical experience in leading change in large organisations. We also believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent and at least 10 years of experience from multinational large companies.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
