Sweden Connectivity works with software and hardware development mainly in wireless applications. We do own product development, external product development and support, participate in EU projects and do consultancy work for many major companies in telecom on a world-wide basis. Participating in projects as of above, taking a leading role as technical expert in meetings to do design/specifications, develop according to specifications and be a driving force to make excellent design in a timely manner. An important part of the tasks is to work externally at major telecom companies as a senior consultant in software/system design. In many projects both externally and internally there is a mix of hardware, radio and software designs and experience in working side by side with engineers of different competence is part of the normal daily work.

You need major experience in software designs and also social competence and experience to do the daily work in this position in the company.

MSc in software engineering/computer science with minimum five years experience in software development for all smartphones, major server systems using a numerous integration environments. Required experience in Scrum/Agile development, system design/specification, team leading position and taken part in direct customer related development projects developing server software and communication protocols between various embedded devices and mobile phones.
A prerequisite for this position is major social skills and mastering English as a native.
