You will be based in Stockholm, at our multinational and diverse HQ on Kungsholmen

Role
In the role "Senior Sustainability Manager - Climate" you will work together with the Group Sustainability team in a new role to drive Sustainability at Electrolux. We are leaders in sustainability and our strategy is sustainable. We want to take the next step in using our sustainability data to drive our business. As such, we need to ensure that right strategy, processes and tools are in place to gather data to improve our connected knowledge and drive our decision-making.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Drive and develop our sustainability strategy in Operations, with focus on climate, energy and water
• Contribute to the development of company 's Green Financing strategy, including setting criteria, identify and follow up on green eligible assets
• Lead and improve data accuracy in the company's climate data collection system
• Develop a system to track the Group climate footprint for all relevant modes within transportation
• Carry out analyses of the Operations data, including follow up targets
• Define and support the implementation of the climate neutral strategy in Operations
• In collaboration with Group Operation functions develop sustainability criteria in sourcing and purchasing processes to support our climate neutral targets in our own operations as well as throughout the value-chain
• Stakeholder engagement and support in the response of sustainability requests (CDP, DJSI, Customers, etc.)
• Other assignment/projects connected to the role

Qualifications
• At least 5 years' experience in Project management roles
• Strong coaching skills including management of cross-cultural teams
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Sustainability, Energy/climate or in adjacent fields
• A passion for and experience working with sustainability in operations and understanding of its role in driving successful business
• Experience to develop global/regional strategies to drive resource efficient operations with focus on climate neutrality
• An analytical, organized, and problem-solving mind set as well as critical thinking.
• Strong story-telling skills and PowerPoint development
• Great collaboration skills, likes to achieve things together
• Takes initiative to make things happen
• The ability to navigate and work in a fast-changing and sometimes unclear environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Capability to work independently in a global organization and be extremely organized and detail oriented
