Your next challenge?
As a Sourcing Sustainability Auditor, you will report to the Head of Sustainability within Group Sourcing and be part of a Sourcing Sustainability team. The position will also be the main interface and contact for Group Sourcing Category and Country organizations for Compliance related questions towards Suppliers.
Areas of responsibilities for Supply Chain / Supplier Compliance
Participate in Global Sourcing Compliance Network
Communicate and raise awareness within Group Category and Country organizations on Compliance obligations for suppliers
Collaborate and support in Code of Business Ethics, Code of Conduct, Contract Compliance and Information Security audits follow up when needed
Support supplier RFP negotiation with expertise from Telia's Supplier code of conduct requirements
Be main responsible for Supplier integrity screening review and follow-up for Global Suppliers and Suppliers in Group Sourcing Category and Country areas.
Collaborate and support in any 3rd party audits reviewing Telia Company Supply Chain
Collaborate and support in any 3rd party investigation related to Telia Company Supply Chain
Respond appropriately to incidents and take steps to prevent future incidents
Monitor, assess and evaluate sustainability and compliance programs, as well as promote the channels for anonymous or confidential reporting.
As a Sourcing Compliance Manager, you will be part of the journey to develop a strong Compliance team within Sourcing community. Also working with stakeholders within the sourcing community as well as other functions within Telia Company, such as Sustainability, Group Internal Audit, Group Investigation and Compliance officers in each country as well as on Group level.
You will be part of leading the work to ensure that Telia Company develops and drives the process to ensure compliance to internal and external compliance requirements as well as supporting the overall Sourcing Strategy
