hela Sverige Senior Support Engineer LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU Your profile * You have a strong technical interest * You have field service or engineering experience from gas turbines, preferable from SGT-800 * You are confident in taking own responsibility to handle technical assignments, and derive a solution based on own know-how or with support of a contact network from different engineering departments. * You enjoy working with different technical areas and likes to be challenged with new technical issues. * Good English and Swedish language skills are required Your responsibilities As a Senior Support Engineer within service organization, you will provide technical support for multidisciplinary technical issues. You will contribute to that we efficiently investigate, support complex technical issues of our gas turbines and communicate in a good way towards our customers. You will have a close collaboration with other support functions within the service organization and be part of Root Cause Analysis teams for investigation of significant issues. In your daily work you will have much communication towards different engineering departments and field service personnel. This work includes but is not limited to: * Prepare scope and instruction for site inspections and trouble shooting * Derive repair instructions * Be a part of the level-2 support team toward field service site inspections * Team member in RCA investigations. * Prepare customer communication material, such as technical reports and letters. * Attend customer meetings to present and explain technical topics. You will be part of an SGT-800 product team with experienced representative from different departments for experience and workload sharing related to both proactive and reactive technical support. Your opportunities for personal growth: As a Senior Support Engineer, you will be part of handling product issues related operation of the gas turbine thru the whole engine life. You will gain an extended technical know-how of different systems of the gas turbine and understanding in how maintenance and repair are done on SGT-800. Within the role you will have a large contact network within technical support, engineering and project management within both service and new unit sales organizations.
