Vi söker: Senior Support Engineer - Sharepoint
Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:
A Support Engineer is responsible for providing high quality technical support for the assigned core technology and able to work on difficult customer issues. The right candidate will have a passion for technology and for helping customers. The role will solve complex problems involving broad, in-depth product knowledge. The role will drive all customer communication and keep the customer informed at all times, having always the customer's satisfaction as the primary goal.
• Manage relationships with customers and partners ensuring consistently clear written communications including the documentation of incidents, demonstrating the effective resolution of customer's issues
• Efficiently analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ability to initiate and build effective working relationships.
• Actively participate in team triages and meetings to share knowledge with other engineers in order to share best practices and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
• Continue to grow and develop specialized expertise in complex MS technologies, and contribute to the overall growth of the team's technical knowledge.
• Able to quickly become familiar with technologies supported by the team and continually improve personal knowledge and skills.
• Create technical content including knowledge base articles, whitepapers, training documents, etc.
• Act as technical resource for broad and complex issues
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
A minimum of 5-8 years (required experience length varies on the candidate's individual experience mix) of essential experiences are required. These experiences include:
• Candidates must have a strong demonstrated background in Microsoft products.
• MCSE, MCSA or other Microsoft Premier certification(s) in the technologies supported. Bachelor degree in a technical area recommended. Otherwise demonstrated technical skills/passion in that field or similar expertise is required.
• Candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish primarily - other languages, particularly Finnish, are beneficial. Support will be delivered in English, Swedish and potentially in Finnish.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• At least 1 Year SharePoint experience, from administration or operations with either WSS 3.0 or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007(MOSS).
• Experience and willingness to work directly with end customers remotely and on premises is an advantage.
• Demonstration on knowledge for Windows Server 2003 and 2008 (including Virtualization technology like Hyper-V, Virtual Server or Virtual PC and Active Directory)
• Previous experience with SharePoint Portal Server 2003 and WSS 2.0
• Databases (SQL server 2000 or newer)
• Demonstration on knowledge for Web (Internet Information Server 6.0, 7.0) HTML, ASP, ASP.Net
