Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE) is responsible for developing and driving the processing business strategy. In addition, we are also responsible for capability development, direct supplier management, production and productivity in relation to all areas of Processing and Packaging equipment. PSE also manage all capital equipment projects and installations, as well as all global suppliers in the clusters - securing the seamless delivery of integrated offerings.
The PSE Supplier Management team is responsible for ensuring that we have a high performing supplier base and clear category strategies covering all Tetra Pak businesses, Packaging, Processing and Service.
In the role as category leader you will work in close collaboration with our business stakeholders, our different supplier management functions and our suppliers. You will be responsible for one or more of our global supply categories, including a number of suppliers, taking an active part in the creation and execution of our global category strategies. You will perform spend and market analysis, execute strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as manage supplier contracts and performance, all to support our Industry 4.0 journey.
We are now looking for two Senior Supply Managers to strengthen our team. You will be based in Lund or Modena.
Main responsibilities
• Define, implement and execute category strategies
• Sourcing, contracting and management of supplier base
• Stakeholder management at senior level, externally as well as internally
• Drive performance improvements focusing on quality, lead time and cost
• Drive Common Agendas, Collaboration and partnerships with strategic suppliers, as responsible of key stakeholder teams
Qualifications
We are looking for a result oriented, engaged, engaging, collaborative and analytical candidate with a passion for business and teamwork. Your drive, strong communication and stakeholder management skills combined with your desire to deliver as a team enable you to easily drive our agenda across borders, internally as well as externally. We believe you have at least 5 years of solid Supplier Management background, or equivalent Managerial experiences, preferably within a complex technology area.
The successful candidate has a university degree preferably within Business and/or Engineering. You have a good command in English, both written and verbal.
