Job Summary
Would you like to join our team, managing strategic IT sourcing negotiations in a very dynamic, diverse, and global environment?
IT Supplier Management is part of the Finance & Supplier Management organization and responsible for developing and driving the Tetra Pak Information Technology (IT) global procurement strategy. As an integrated part of that, we are also responsible for defining and managing our IT Category strategies and our supplier base.
The scope of the Senior Supplier Manager IT covers category strategies and suppliers for IT Infrastructure and service, securing seamless sourcing, pricing, and contract negotiations to support business needs.
This position is based in Lund.
What you will do
As Senior Supplier Manager, you will work in close collaboration with our Information Management stakeholders, our different supplier management functions, and our IT suppliers. You will be responsible for our global supply IT categories and interact directly with strategic suppliers. You will drive spend and market analysis, manage strategic sourcing projects, support stakeholders in project delivery as well as managing strategic supplier partnerships, contracts, and performance, all to support our journey towards a world class IT procurement management.

We believe you have
We are looking for a driven, target oriented and flexible candidate with a passion for business and teamwork. Your commercial mindset, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills, combined with your desire to deliver as a team enables you to easily manage our agenda across borders, building and maintaining strong relationships internally as well as externally. You are ready to travel if needed.
It is required that you have at least 10 years of experience with sourcing and contracting, and you have worked with large multinational suppliers. Also, you need to have solid experience in vendor management and proven record of driving business and negotiations in an international environment. You have managed RFI/RFP processes in a complex environment with new technology areas. Furthermore, you have experience in negotiating IT software (On Prem and cloud), infrastructure and service contracts and knowledge in Ariba. The successful candidate has a university degree preferably within Information Technology (IT), legal and/or Business Administration. You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
