This role is based in our Gothenburg office and offers a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about procurement in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing activities for real estate capital expenditure investment projects, adhering to our strategies and frameworks.
• Conduct and manage supplier negotiations.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
• Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams.
• Offer expert procurement advice and support to stakeholders throughout the procurement cycle.
• Champion improvements in purchasing processes and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze and streamline the supplier base for your area of responsibility.
Required Education and Experience:
• Master's degree in Science or Business Administration.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills.
Essential Skills and Competencies:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in purchasing.
• Specialized knowledge in property-related subjects and construction is essential.
• Strong skills in project management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
• Effective team player in both team and cross-functional environments.
• High energy level and a commitment to high performance.
• Positive attitude.
• Broad perspective with an emphasis on value optimization.
• Competent in various presentation settings.
