We are looking for full-time SENIOR STATISTICIAN to our Gothenburg office in Sweden. Your responsibilities can include:
• Planning, design and conduct of feasibility studies for our Real-World Evidence (RWE) projects
• Planning of study designs and study protocols
• Preparing statistical analysis plans
• Planning and conduction of statistical analysis (using R)
• Writing study reports and publications
• Coordination of projects
• Supervision of statisticians

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
• An academic degree (MSc) in statistics, applied mathematics, epidemiology or related field
• Applicable several years' (+5 years) experience as statistician within academia, pharmaceutical industry, contract research organization, or other relevant organization
• Research experience within Real-World Evidence, such as pharmacoepidemiology, epidemiology or register-based studies
• Strong background in statistics with experience of survival analysis
• Familiar with statistical concepts such as confounding, propensity scores and marginal structural models
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work in several projects in parallel, often under time pressure
• Experience of working with R programming language
Preferred but not required qualifications include:
• Ph.D. degree in statistics or related field
• Prior experience in performing post-approval safety studies, drug utilization studies or comparative effectiveness studies
• Experience from multinational studies
• Experience of working with SAS
