hela Sverige We are now looking for an experienced team member that can work independently in order to complete assignments and projects. You will guide and influence others within own area of expertise and you are a recognized expert in own field. You will deal with demanding application management activities and provide senior level expertise. You will have to deliver technical support (in Pulp&Paper EMEA) to successfully develop and implement product or service solutions that will meet customer's needs.
The position should preferably be placed in Sweden or other Nordic countries.

What you need:
You will be a part of a multi-functional team focusing on pulp and paper industry applications and have a leading role in the area of paper sizing applications. You will work in close co-operation with sales, marketing and product management, and give support to production.
You are expected to have solid experience in paper making application, especially internal and surface sizing.
As a Sr. Application Specialist, you are able to search and identify customer needs and turn them to successful projects. You solve complex problems, interpret and report data and make conclusions.
Your way of working is independent and innovative, and you are also inspired by hands-on process work.
You have excellent communication and reporting skills and you are fluent in English both written and spoken. The knowledge of Swedish language is also highly desired.
Experience from and ability to deliver and develop customer- and internal stakeholders (sales, R&D etc.) trainings on the features of the products and applications.
Ability to drive the development of new applications in the region.
Ability to manage rapid changes in the plans, work in multi-cultural environment, desire to create networks, and possibility to travel are needed in this job. The estimated travel time in your job is about 60 %.
