hela Sverige The Life Science department of ALTEN continues to grow. We are now looking for a Senior Specialist who will be joining or one of our biggest customers. This role will support the lead Project Manager within CoE PV Processes, Partnerships and Contracts, and provide admin help including invoice reconciliation.
Required skills:
• Project planning - Support the generation, management, tracking and updating of plans
• RAID - Proactively track Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies across the programme
• Financial - Support financial forecasting and tracking of actuals / invoicing
• Project support - Collating status reports, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and actions
• Resource planning - Support onboarding of new resources, forecasting of resource requirements, support time recording/tracking
• Strong Excel skills
• Microsoft Project / Smart Sheet experience
