www.obducat.comObducat is looking for a senior specialist Nano Imprint Lithography development who will have a leading role in our NIL research and development. You will be one of our internal experts and the tasks include all steps in the NIL process. We work with a variety of materials, structures and substrates. It is thus necessary to be able to quickly adapt and optimise our processes and sometimes even find new innovative solutions. This is a challenging and varying task.
You have a Ph D in a technical subject and have worked five to ten years in industry. You have at least five years of experience from Nano Imprint Lithography, nano-optics and the application of nano-optics to flat panel displays. It is an advantage if you have experience from using Nano Imprint Lithography to develop optical devices.
As a person you have well developed social skills and enjoy working in a group as well as individually. You are highly motivated, creative and perform your tasks thoroughly and in a professional manner. You have the ability to deliver high quality work and meeting deadlines.
You will be a resourceful problem solver with excellent interaction skills, and will be capable of rapidly integrating observations and results into applicable knowledge.
