We are looking for a self-driven and business minded Senior Sourcing Manager within the area of indirect Sourcing and Development. Indirect Sourcing and Development is a common function in Paulig Group.
As a Senior Sourcing Manager your role is to lead selected indirect sourcing categories at Paulig Group level. You will work in a project mode with colleagues from divisions within Paulig Group, to systematically drive efficiency and cost savings and establish a new way of working within the area of indirect sourcing. The office location is in Mölndal, Sweden but the projects are in different locations within Paulig Group such as Finland, Estland, UK and Belgium. You report to Director, Indirect Sourcing and Development, located in Helsinki.
As a senior sourcing manager for indirect categories you will work close to the category experts and be a supporting function for them in finding and implementing new and competitive conditions and agreements for both products and services in prioritized areas. You will also monitor and benchmark market trends and best practice and contribute to the sourcing process and the harmonization in Paulig Group.
To be successful in this role you like to work independently, proactively and with a high degree of business acumen. You are familiar with driving and implementing change management in a matrix organization and you are secure in your role and have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in an international environment. You are an excellent negotiator and have good communications skills. Further you have an university degree in economics, engineering or equivalent and you are fluent in English. Swedish and Finnish is a plus.
