On behalf of our customer we are looking for a Sourcing & Technological Transfer Manager with experience from the cosmetics industry - supporting the Head of Sourcing and Supplier Management. The role
The Purchasing & TT Specialist will be responsible for technological transfers of finished goods within cosmetics and will manage product development together with Quality Assurance, Marketing and Contract Manufacturing Organizations.
Main tasks
Contribute to the creation of sourcing strategies, concepts and processesCreate and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (policies and procedures)Supplier (life cycle) Management including market analysis, supplier mapping, supplier selection, supplier evaluation and supplier developmentManage technological transfers of Rx and/or OTC/cosmeticsManage product developmentTendering of finished goods including negotiation of T&C, prices etc.Creation and review of contracts/templatesContribute to the financial targets of the company by continuous improvement initiatives, supply base reduction and reduction of COGS and TCOCreate and maintain relevant KPIs, reports etc.
Experience and competence
As a candidate for the position you need to have a bachelor's degree in e.g. Business Administration, Engineering or similar education relevant for the position. The position requires more than 5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry with exposure to production, technological transfers, product development, logistics, purchasing (sourcing and procurement of finished goods) and legal/contracting. Proven record of accomplishment and negotiation success is a prerequisite for the role as well as profound contracting skills.
You need to have excellent analytical and project leader skills. We also value good communication and business partnering skills. You are a problem-solving person who puts high standards on quality and results. Full professional proficiency in English and Swedish is a must.
