hela Sverige Do you have a degree within business economics or statistics and want to work with Big Data? At Essity you will lead and support projects regarding systems, tools and processes as well as work in close collaboration with colleagues within sourcing.
What you will do
System Development, Support and Digitalisation
Lead and/or support projects and initiatives to reduce complexity and promote standardization of systems, tools and processes, through close collaboration with all sourcing teams and key stakeholders (Cross functional optimization)
Support the development of templates (Tenders & contracts) working closely with Sourcing Excellence Managers and all Global Sourcing teams
Ensure that all sourcing teams are operating within agreed guidelines and compliant in their use of Essity Sourcing systems, tools & processes, by providing key user training to the teams, ensuring supporting training material is maintained.
Participation in the Sourcing Analyst/key user network to drive consistent approach and WoW across the business, ensuring all new developments are communicated and deployed effectively across the full sourcing organization
Working closely with Sourcing Excellence Managers to drive change management within the organization to facilitate the integration of enhanced digital platforms, tools & systems, and ensure effective communication of all current and future developments
Work closely with existing and new technology partners to enhance and innovate Essity sourcing systems, tools & processes
Provide SME support to all different stakeholders in relation to E-Sourcing activities (E-Tenders, E-Auctions, Contract Management & Sourcing projects), as required supporting suppliers during events.
Business Analytics and Project Management
Support controlling teams to ensure system compliance relating to spend analytics, savings opportunities and provide support for the financial and budget planning process.
Actively participate in project reviews and status updates, demonstrating a deep understanding of assigned projects. Leading and/or supporting projects that support the business transformation roadmap (Digitalization)
Prepare and support for all audits, ensuring all process documentation is maintained in Essity GMS
Reporting and Monitoring
Effectively communicate project status, opportunities/risks with stakeholders & senior management in Business Review Meetings, sourcing team meetings and other forums as required.
Support Sourcing Excellence Managers in preparing monthly updates for the Global Sourcing Monthly report
Contribute within the Sourcing Excellence team in preparing all internal communications and ensure SharePoint improvements and maintenance is executed effectively.
Who you are
Bachelor's Degree within Business Economics, Statistics or similar
Fluent in Swedish and English
Project management experience and/or involvement is an advantage
Experience within big data analytics or trend analytics is an advantage
Knowledge in SAP and Ariba is an advantage
You take responsibility for your tasks and get motivated by starting projects and taking initiatives. Furthermore, you have a solution-oriented approach and are proactive in your daily work. You enjoy working with data and have the ability to see patterns and make decisions based on the given information. Finally, you have good cooperation skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships with colleagues in all levels of the organization.
