hela Sverige Verisure Innovation is now looking for a Senior Solution architect to our Business Systems organization in Linköping or Malmö!
Business Systems delivers supporting tools that we put in the hands of our employees primarily in the Central European and Nordic businesses. The tools ranges from lead management and sales supporting systems (including eCommerce) through installation and maintenance to customer service, monitoring, billing, and ERP. We take on the full life cycle responsibility for these systems, from discovery & analysis through development and test to delivery, support, operations, and retirement.
About the role
We are a team of around 110 engaged and dedicated colleagues all committed to delivering great, secure, stable, and available tools to our customers, the business in the respective countries. We're organized into 4 departments: Customer Operations Applications, Business Applications, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Business Applications Operations.
As a Senior Solution Architect at Verisure Innovation, you will be responsible for organizing and driving the architectural work within the Business Systems Department, as well as collaborating with corresponding roles in other parts of the technology organization. As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be working on early phases in a highly volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment as well as supporting in planning for the life cycle of existing products. This is a broad role with great opportunities to work in an international context, supporting us in our constant transformation.
Reporting to Director, Business Systems your work will have two main aspects:
* Internally within Business Systems you
+ Organize, plan, and drive architectural work within the organization.
+ Support, coach and mentor architects and lead developers.
+ Drive the work to develop and maintain a service strategy within the department
* Externally, across the technology organization you
+ Chair the Business Data and Services Forum
+ Participate in Group Architecture Forum
+ Engage in early phases of large and/or complex projects.
Who are you?
To succeed in this role, you must be able to easily create trustful work relationships across all levels and you can solve complex problems. We think that you are good at collecting, analyzing, and evaluating information and then can suggests best approach and decisions. You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
* Several years of experience working with architecture across multiple systems.
* Ability to work and operate tasks in a complex, uncertain, changing, and ambiguous (VUCA) environment
* Ability to lead smaller groups and projects
It's a merit if you have experience in:
* Working with the TOGAF framework or equivalent.
* SAFe
* Working with the entire life cycle of products.
A relevant education from a university, college or vocational university is desirable and you are fluent in English in speech and writing.
