We are looking for someone who demonstrates competences in the following areas:
Effective Communication and Collaboration - speaks, listen and writes in a clear and concise manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques. Experience managing projects with a geographically diverse team is highly desired.
Creative - understands classic and contemporary approaches to project management and knows how to customize, learn, and refine to maximize efficiency and success for specific projects.
Teamwork - work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, increase motivation resolve problems and make decisions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
Has Fun - positively influence the team to achieve great results.
Makes decisions - assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and make clear decisions, which are timely and effectively communicated.
Organized - off the chart ability to bring order to chaos. Expert in planning, monitoring, and providing transparency.
Problem Solver - evaluate problem situations to identify causes and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
University Degree in a related subject
At least 5 years demonstrable Project Management experience working in Telcom/IT software product segment.
Experience managing multiple projects of varying scope/size simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Proactive, innovative and flexible.
