About the job In the Daily Banking Payments team we are developing and maintaining the payments and transfers functionality in the internet and mobile bank. The services we work with are used by millions of customers each month. We are looking for a dedicated senior Software Engineer to be part of our journey in creating stellar payment services for our clients.
The team consists of software engineers, business analysts, Scrum Master and a Product Owner giving the team great conditions to work effectively. As a Senior Software Engineer in our team you will work with the development and solution design of the services you and the team are working with.
This means that you will:
Lead work with solution design
Support other developers in the team
Investigate and pinpoint cause of incidents in more and less urgent situations
Implement minor service changes and bug fixes
Develop services in the Payments and transfers area, both front and backend
Implement framework changes
Our technology stack:
Frontend: Angular, node.js
Backend: Java EE
Development environment / tools: GIT, Webstorm, Jenkins, Selenium, Protractor etc.
What you need to succeed You have a passion for development, are curious and keep up to date with what's happening in the development area. Knowledge sharing comes natural to you both ways and you enjoy taking initiatives for change. With your seniority you have experience from working with solution design and explaining it to other people, both IT-specialists and not.
You have a degree in computer science or similar and are fluent in English. Swedish is advantageous but not mandatory.
