To be able to continue delivering this level of quality they are now looking for their next key member and Software Engineer.
TriOptima
TriOptima is a world-leading financial services provider that helps banks and financial institutions manage their OTC derivative contracts. Their products have, in total, freed up significant amounts of capital in the financial market and contributed to the reduction of both individual bank's risks and to systemic risk in the market. The company was founded in 2000 and its customers comprise thousands of the largest banks and institutions of the world, where 95% of today's OTC-derivative contracts are related back to TriOptima where a total value of about 1,000 trillion dollars has been released since the start in 200. They handle sums that are twice the size of Sweden's GDP and have a fantastic financial track record.
Today, TriOptima consists of about 270 employees, of where about 100 are in Tech. The largest office is located in central Stockholm with all of the tech in one place, but offices are also located in New York, London, Tokyo, and Singapore. You can read more about the company here.
About the role
For the Stockholm office, TriOptima is now looking for a Senior Software Engineer for one of the two teams, TriReduce and TriResolve. The team is made up of 15-20 full-stack developers and QA Engineers, primarily working with Kotlin, Python, and Golang on their own services.
In this role, you will mainly be dedicated to the development of new features, services, but also further improve upon the existing platforms. All teams at TriOptima is are self-organizing and will offer a great opportunity to influence your work within the team, where you will have an impact and freedom to work in a team that suits you best. The missing link
To find your place at TriOptima, you should be a driven, solution-oriented, communicative person with good cooperative ability. The most important thing in this role is your mindset and that you have good knowledge of what kind of tools you should use in different situations. Your previous experience with TriOptimas tech stack is not crucial, the important part is that you are open minded toward new tech where you don't see changing tech stack as a problem and if you don't have previous experience in Python, Kotlin or Golang you are willing to learn. You rather see the language as a tool, where you can pick a tool for a specific task, not the task after the tool.
