We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer-Test Development, passionate about quality and software development in Nokia Lumia Applications SW Quality, Lund, Sweden.
Position Description:
The Nokia site in Lund develops applications and imaging software for the Nokia Lumia smartphone range. The quality department is now looking to strengthen the team with an engineer with focus primarily on C#.
Main tasks include:
• Design and implementation of test frameworks
• Writing and executing test cases
• Continuous integration
• Automation of test suites
The position will include close co-operation with the engineering team and project management. You will be working at the office located at Ideon Science Park in Lund.
Profile:
• Suitable background is M.Sc. in software engineering, computer science or equivalent qualifications
• Excellent programming skills and 6+ years' experience of the software industry
• As a person you are a team player but also able to take own initiatives and work independently. You are dedicated to your work tasks.
• You are quality minded and a fast learner. You are also easy to work and communicate with. Help and share your knowledge with your colleagues comes natural to you
• Speaking English fluently is a must as Nokia is an international company
Requirements:
• Expert in C#/C/C++
• Expert user of Visual Studio
• Professional usage of revision control systems
• Experience from Jenkins / Hudson servers
• Test automation and continuous integration
• Scripting languages, Python
Desired requirements:
Experience or knowledge of the following is desirable:
• Windows Phone OS
• Windows 8
• Image processing
• Mobile phone industry
• Functional and non-functional testing
• SDK development or usage
• GIT and Perforce
• TuxNet and Silverlight
• Configuration management
• Embedded Software
• Interest in photography and picture editing
