Essential skills:
Windows development using Win32 API
Minimum five years of experience of professional C++ development
Ability to seek out solutions to difficult problems
Interest in knowing about Windows internals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strive towards continuous learning
Desirable
University degree within Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
Experience working according to Agile software development principles
