WHO YOU ARE
• You have solid experience (7+ years) in software engineering and feel confident working with modern technologies and cloud environments.
• You enjoy working in agile teams and are used to DevOps ways of working.
• You're skilled in software design, architecture (like microservices), and engineering best practices.
• You communicate clearly in English and enjoy collaborating with others.
• Most importantly, you're curious, open to change, and motivated by learning and sharing knowledge.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Senior Software Engineer with us, your days will be a mix of building, improving, and collaborating. You'll:
• Design, develop, and run high-quality software for our digital products and services.
• Work closely with teammates and stakeholders to shape solutions and architecture.
• Coach and support other engineers, helping the team grow and perform at its best.
• Promote good engineering practices and help us work smarter and faster.
• Explore new technologies and find better ways of doing things.
• Take part in creating scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that support IKEA's business.
