The Role as Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer, you are at the heart of our engineering process. You'll develop high-quality, scalable, and predictive software solutions using React for the front end and .NET/C# for the back end.
You will be responsible for:
Designing, developing, and maintaining robust software that meets client sustainability needs.
Leading and mentoring a team of software developers, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to enhance product features and improve user experience.
Driving innovation and efficiency through continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automated testing.
Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing software.
Who Are You?
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy individual with:
Extensive experience in full-stack development, particularly with React and .NET/C#.
A track record of developing enterprise-level applications in a SaaS environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of architecting high-performance systems.
Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities.
Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus.
Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, Sweden.
Ideally, you:
Are innovative and enjoy experimenting with new technologies.
Can effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
