THE PRODUCT
You will work in the Gaming Area at Betsson Group, that focuses on Game Play and Game Discovery across all their brands and markets. They aim to offer the best gaming products in the industry and an exciting user experience when playing on the site. They cover game lobbies, gaming initiatives, provider integrations and more.
The Gaming platform is the core of everything Betsson does. It supports all their gaming sites and is central to the company strategy.
TASKS
You will be preparing their journey to containerization, increasing the scalability of their systems while also maintaining their high quality. To accommodate new requirements, they are constantly re-evaluating the systems design and working on exciting new features. You will be part of a passionate team, which is building an industry leading, scalable, multi-brand platform to support 25+ online brands. Their brands are used by hundreds of thousands of users and growing.
To sum it up; you will be taking their gaming platform, which is used by a worldwide audience to a new level.
YOUR PROFILE
You are passionate about programming and have some years' experience as a backend developer. You are eager to learn more and always want to be up to speed with the latest technology. We see that it is good if you have relevant experience with some of the core technical skills mentioned below:
• C#, .NET, NET Core
• SQL Server and NoSQL databases
• RabbitMQ or Kafka
• Unit testing frameworks
• Messaging within a micro service architecture
• Agile development
It is also good to have experience working with a modern front-end framework (e.g. Angular), Docker containerization and domain driven design.
You are a socially skilled and driven person, who readily offers help and shares knowledge with your colleagues. You thrive in a dynamic environment as the work includes communicating with stakeholders, customers and different departments within Betsson too.
