You will be responsible for leading the development of MSDP components - a role that will see you drive both the functional and technical aspects of tasks. You will be a member of a highly creative, intelligent team working in a refreshingly open environment using Scrum development methodology. All development work is undertaken in Java on the J2EE platform. Service Delivery and Provisioning is a Solution Area that is a part of Business Unit Multimedia.
At our office in Gothenburg we develop Drutt MSDP, which is a business platform for multimedia service delivery. The MSDP is built to meet the needs of mobile network operators, mobile virtual network operators, media companies, service providers and others acting in the mobile marketplace. The MSDP includes a portal solution for mobile cell phones. The portal contains functionality such as an application store to sell applications, music and ringtones. It also contains a recommendation engine and advertising functionality. Drutt MSDP is well proven, and is in large scale production in more than 35 countries, in five continents.

Publiceringsdatum2009-10-26Dina arbetsuppgifterYou have more than five years' relevant experience of software development, and you have documented experience of the entire software lifecycle. You should be considered an expert in one or more relevant areas, and have a computer science education and experience of Java software development.
You should also have experience in several of these areas and techniques:
• Server side application development using Java and J2EE
• Web GUI development using Java, HTML/AJAX/JavaScript, ext GWT
• Desktop GUI development using Java, Swing
• Spring
• UML modeling
• Oracle
• XML/XSLT
• Solaris/Linux.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Personal Skills:
• Well developed social skills including good communication skills
• Ability and ambition to share knowledge and experience with others
• Ability to discuss matters on multiple levels of abstraction
• Having a proactive approach and drive to achieve results.
