As part of there tech team you will be a key player in taking Curitys Identity Server to the next level whilst working in a creative environment with the latest technology in API security and identity where own initiatives and creative thinking are encouraged.

Starting off as a consulting company, Curity quickly moved on to become an IT-security company composed of experienced developers and security experts. Though claiming to be a startup, Curity has moved pass several stages and consists of a driven developing team, a unique product and has joined forces with some of the biggest companies in Europe. Today, Curity is one of the leading companies in Europe around API security and identity and access management. The office is located at Fridhemsplan, in downtown Stockholm.
Curity helps larger organisations improve there infrastructure, making it easier for the costumer to build digital services and securing millions of users' access to web and mobile apps. Curity Identity Server is a powerful OAuth and OpenID Connect Server; it is used for logging in and securing millions of users' access to web and mobile apps that consume APIs and Microservices. The product contains of three segments with the first one being The Authentication Service that is responsible for answering the question "Who Are You?" and helps identify the user. Further a Security Token Service is responsible for issuing tokens describing the user's identity and the third part being The User Management Service, the standardized way to manage users.
About the role
As a developer at Curity you will work in a small, agile and international team with colleagues from Greece, the Netherlands and Rumania. You will have the opportunity to take on different roles and work in a wide position from setting the roadmap to greenfield development in the Curity product. You will work with the latest technology in API security and identity to write open source projects in Java8 and Cotlin. In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will design creative solutions using your own initiatives. You will be a part of a creative environment where own initiatives are encouraged and new ideas wont be hindered. Curity is looking for
You have at least five years of experience in a similar position with experience of some of the technologies that will be part of your daily experience such as Java8, Python, Kotlin or Erlang. You have a deep understanding of the Linux operating environment and are fluent in English, both written and spoken. A basic to advanced understanding of SAML, OAuth 2, OpenID Connect, WS-Trust, WS-Federation, SCIM, PKI and certificates is a plus but not required. It's preferable with a good understanding of non-IAM-related aspects of information security, Mobile App development and Web API related technologies such as SOAP and REST. As a person you are committed and creative with the ability to manage many things at once. We believe that you are passionate about code and stays up to date with new standards and technologies.
