Sumline AB is developing a real-time software system for
filtering live content and then adaptively streaming the content to multiple interfaces. The HQ of Sumline is in the city center of the capital of Sweden.

Requirements
Sumline AB requires a senior engineer to work in a start-up environment at the HQ in the city centre of Stockholm. We believe that you hold solid experience in designing & developing high performance service systems on large scale server clusters. You also have solid commercial experience of large scale crawler systems for the web searches. Your solid hands-on experience cover typical design patterns for high quality modern web server and commercial experience of key components of a search engine, covering word segmentation, search result highlights, snippet extraction, distributed index and query and two level cache. With-in system optimization, your experience include optimization algorithms, optimization with systematically methods, including development of tools and/or mechanism to evaluate optimization results.
The core competence with-in this role is recommender system and stream computing. Some of the challenges you will be facing is the areas of Graph-based real-time recommendation approaches using Linked Data as a source of open background data, Crawling/consolidation and indexing of appropriate semantic data so that it can be exploited for large-scale real-time analytics, stream-computing models for mining massive persona graphs - for example graphs combining social and linked-data as well as estimation and verification of crowd-sourced user-generated matters and much more.

Technical Requirements
• A minimum of 6 years commercial experience of C/C++/programming
• A minimum of 6 years commercial experience of distributed system analysis and design
• A minimum of 4 years commercial experience of designing & developing high performance service systems on large scale server clusters
• A minimum of 4 years commercial experience of recommender system and stream computing
• Solid Software project management experience
• Commercial experience of AI, machine learning & data mining.
