Position
Signal integrity analysis for hardware of core network
Design bus topology for hardware, considering reliability, overall performance, etc.
Solve high impact application engineering issues electrical signal integrity, through system and component design review.
Model and simulate key signal to guarantee the signal integrity.
Quickly define and prototype technical solutions to identify and solve system interoperability issues that arise during product development/qualification.
Qualifications and experience
More than 5 years experiences on high-speed digital design and signal integrity.
Experience in high design, semiconductor electronics test methods and performance related trouble shooting using digital oscilloscopes, BERTs, VNA network analyzers.
Experience in creating and verifying high frequency simulation models using H-Spice, IBIS-AMI, HFSS, and ADS tools.
Experience in major processor, DDR2/3 SDRAM, Physical Layer Components (CDRs, SerDes, FPGAs) and Industry Standards (Ethernet, PCIe, Interlaken).
Experiences in high-end server or telecom equipment hardware development is a plus
Ability to transfer know-how to others.
MS EE or Ph.D., majoring in electrical engineering.
Fluent English speaking and writing.
Initiative and positive personal personality.
