About SIAM Consultant
We are looking for a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Consultant / Service Management Consultant to deliver SIAM engagements in client facing roles. It is a senior role with the primary goals being management of SIAM consulting engagements. In your role, you will be reporting into the Head of Project and Consulting within SIAM Service Practice.

With us you will be responsible for:
Building, establishing and delivering Tieto's SIAM framework at customer site within the Nordics markets. SIAM is one of the key focus area for Tieto in the Nordics market driving business value in multi-vendor space.

Your key tasks will include:
• Lead and deliver SIAM consulting services/projects to clients in Sweden (mostly capital area), using insight and skills that will build a roadmap of SIAM implementation based on recommendations.
• Provide strategic, unbiased and objective advisory services which assist organizations in migrating their business to be SIAM ready, assess their organization maturity on SIAM and consult about options/different approach
• Advise clients in multivendor ecosystem using expertise in areas such as service management, IT service delivery, change management, supplier management and performance, with an emphasis on managing risks, costs and efficiency.

We expect you to:
• Demonstrate strong thought leadership, excellent client management skills and a deep understanding of SIAM/ITIL, business transformation, project & program mangement and organization change management methodologies.
• Possess a deep understanding of change methodologies and a working knowledge of current tools and technologies, with demonstrable experience.
• Be a clear and inspiring communicator on different levels in the organization with attributes such as goal oriented, positive and self-driven.
• Have a clear understanding of IT support models and sourcing strategies
