Synsam Group IT is now hiring a Senior Second Line Support member to its Service Desk team.

With reference to, Group IT Service Manager and Team Lead you'll do have the following responsibilities mentioned below but not limited to:



• Support and assist first line agents with their daily work and proactively investigate re-occurring incidents.
• Maintain network, hardware and software. Follow up on escalations and prepare training to first line agents on needs basis.
• Represent Service Desk in a professional manner, with appropriate IT competence, proactively and in a service-minded way to all its users and your colleagues.

IT-support will be based on best-practice, framework ITIL especially Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management (meaning ITIL Service Operations). The work will be performed in tight corporation and communication with colleagues within Synsam Group IT on cross-country and local level.



We are looking for a team member with the following skills, qualifications and experiences;


• High School or Equivalent degree preferred within data science or data mathematics
• Minimum three year of relevant experience required. Merited if you have previously worked within Problem Management or Change Management
• Knowledge of network connectivity and ability to troubleshoot connectivity problems required
• Understanding of PC/Mac software, operating systems and applications, networks, and hardware required.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred
• Excellent team communication skills cross-countries
