Our client, a biotechnology company in Uppsala, is now looking for a senior scientist. The position is temporary for a period of one year with possible extension. The position is a replacement for a parental leave. We evaluate the applications continuously so send in your application today.

As a senior scientist you will be a part of the studies developing and producing advanced biomaterials. Your everyday work will contain all sorts of laboratory work with focus on mammalian cell culturing, microscopy and cell imaging and various methods related to these techniques
Utbildning/erfarenhet
It is required that you have extensive laboratory experience in mammalian cell culture and extensive experience in microscopy and cell imaging
Prior experience of islet isolation (human and mice) is beneficial. It is desirable with a PhD degree or similar level of expertise in the subject area.
As a person you are accurate, educated, focused, and curious. You find it easy to take on new tasks and knowledgeable in current research area.
