We are looking for experienced Scientists to join the R&D teams. You will be involved in research and development as well as translational science projects employing cutting edge cellular and molecular biology technologies, and state of the art equipment. The Scientist and Senior Scientist roles at Anocca are suited to motivated scientists with a keen interest in biotechnology, immunology and scientific method.
We imagine that you already have extensive experience and a doctorate covering at least one of the research areas listed.
You must have excellent English communication skills, knowledge of relevant research techniques, and the ability to independently analyse and summarise data. You must be capable of working as part of a team but should also demonstrate initiative to drive projects forward.
What we are looking for:
o PhD in biomedical sciences
o Significant and relevant experience in at least one of these fields:
• Immunology, especially T-cell biology & cellular immunology
• Stem cell biology
• Gene editing technologies
• mRNA regulation
• Synthetic biology
o Goal orientated with a focus on proficiency and attention to detail
o Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment
o Strong communication skills and written documentation
o Fluent written and spoken English
