Job description
You will lead demanding projects at our sawmill sites across the network and help designing and implementing future operations together with the local site and sawmill management.
The job will also involve coaching and challenging of senior operational managers at our sawmills during demanding change processes.
The position will require a large amount of travelling.
Who are you?
To apply, you should have experience of sawmills and/or leadership position within a factory e.g. production manager alternatively project manager with strong interest in operations. You have an educational base at B.Sc level or equivalent. As an individual you have good leadership skills, are a good communicator, have a high drive, perseverance and analytical skills and have interest and drive for future career development. A good command of English is essential.
