To meet this inspiring new environment we need to do things differently and try new ways. As a Senior Business Controller for Quality you will lead the transformation of our financial steering of this crucial parameter for our business model.

Main responsibilities:
• As a Senior Business Controller you are a member of the operational unit management team as well as the P&Q finance management team. You will report to the Senior Director and Controller for P&Q and Design and have a dotted line to the Vice President Quality & Customer Satisfaction.
• In the operational management team you are the head of finance and responsible for all financial matters in your unit ranging from managing warranty cost frames to improve transparency of the costs for poor quality throughout the P&Q organisation.
In order to be successful in this role we believe you have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration (or similar). Further you are able to understand, interpret and communicate financial information in a clear and concise way.
