Elektromekan is one of Scandinavia’’s major producers of electronics products and offer complete solutionsinitiatives within both the technology, industrialization and sourcing to production and logistics. The service offering covers the entire chain from the industrialization phase to after-market services.
The company is a part of the Latvian EMS Group Hanzas Elektronika, a fast growing Latvian EMS group providing manufacturing services to business customers. Company group turnover is around 40MEur. The company consists of 3 subsidiaries and runs 3 technologically compatible plants (2 of them in the Low Cost Country area) - providing production capacity backup, supply reliability and scalability of manufacturing processes - together with 4 sales offices and a total of 250 employees. The service range covers the entire chain from design and industrialization phase to after-market services.
Senior Sales Manager
Elektromekan is looking forward to a challenging future and we're now searching for a person working proactively on the market with both current and new customers. With your driving force, competence and professional circles we shall increase sales and take new market shares. As one of the premier companies in the business we are indeed a noticeable company. As a Senior Sales Manager you carry the overall responsibility on creating and managing sales, which includes responsibility for result, budget and personal. Competence in price negotiations and strategic purchasing is a merit.
To become successful in your role as a Senior Sales Manager you've an academic background in engineeringmarketing as well as working experience in a managing position in the same area of business.
You've a proven track record, solving complex challenges and you're used to international business. You are a natural team builder and you've good communications skills (talking and writing) in both Swedish and English. Further on you must have competence in strategic IT and IS. We assume you're used to travelling in business and you're also able to continue travelling within this job. The job will be located in Stockholm.
A strong drive, enthusiasm and result orientation characterize your personality. The combination of your skills in strategic and analytical thinking, creativity, technical competence and strong commercial ability makes you able to achieve the best possible results not only for Elektromekan but also for our customers and the customers customer.
