About the job As Risk Reporting Specialist you will join the Risk Reporting team within Group Risk Office. Group Risk Office consists of three teams: Risk Governance, Risk Assurance and Risk Reporting, all working towards creating a holistic view on Swedbank's risk profile through further development of governance and enterprise risk management, common risk assurance methodologies and efficient reporting processes.
We're a high-performance team enjoying a dynamic work environment, continually optimising our processes to proactively support senior management.

As a Risk Reporting Specialist, you should have project manager capabilities and will among other tasks work within the following areas:

Participate in the production and further development of a holistic risk reporting covering key risk information with a clear connection to the Bank's risk appetite and in line with industry best practice to timely support executive management in decision making
Developing and optimising the risk reporting process ensuring compliance towards Risk Data Aggregation and Risk Reporting (RDARR) principles as well as other applicable external requirements
Lead and coordinate various initiatives and activities within Group Risk

What you need to succeed The candidate applying for this position shall have strong analytical and communication skills and have prior experience from project management, preferably related to regulatory initiatives and/or risk management. The candidate will work collaboratively with other units within Group Risk and the Bank in a high-paced environment and is expected to develop solutions that will contribute to better risk reporting. To succeed we would like you to have:

Analytical, creative and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
Ability to take responsibility, work independently and deliver with high quality
Ability to work and deliver within deadlines
Ability to see details but also the big picture
University Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics

What you may have worked with previously At least 3 years' experience working with Risk Management, Compliance, Audit or as a Consultant within the Financial sector
Previous experience from risk or financial reporting, business control, projects and process management is meriting
Experience from process management and process optimisation is meriting
