hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Nasdaq Broker Services AB i Stockholm We are now looking for a Senior Risk Management Specialist to join our Group Risk Management team in Stockholm.
As a Senior Risk Management Specialist you will be responsible for the implementation of Nasdaq's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework in Broker Services. In addition, you will assist and support in the development and execution of ERM tools, practices, and policies to analyze and report enterprise risk in the region.
Main responsibilities
* Implementing and maintaining the ERM Framework in Broker Services including Risk Assessments, Risk Incidents, Key Risk Indicators, and Risk Analysis and Reporting.
* Working with GRM team members to drive a risk-aware culture and assist and support the development and execution of ERM tools, practices, and policies.
* Assisting risk and control owners with the identification and assessment of key risks and mitigating controls in their business areas.
* Preparing reports to management risk committees and legal entity boards in the region.
* Aggregating and analyzing ERM Program data to provide actionable information to management.
* Effectively communicating with broader global risk team and partner with peers to ensure consistency of approach and awareness of issues, challenges, and opportunities.
* Pro-actively engaging Internal Audit, SOX, Compliance, Information Security, Vendor Risk Management, Business Continuity and other assurance functions to support an integrated approach to risk management.
Education and professional accomplishments
* University degree in related field
* 5+ years of relevant working experience
Skills and requirements
* Prior experience with GRC platforms (RSA ARCHER, BWise or OpenPages) is desirable.
* Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
* Inquisitive nature, resourcefulness, and ability to seek out information
* Action and results oriented; ability to drive results, effect change, and have a positive impact on the organization.
