Job Description :
Act as lead on complex RF and microwave engineering assignments. Lead RF and microwave performance testing and data analysis/reporting activities. Generate measurement test plans to include subsystems to be measured, hardware configuration and measurement methodology, and expected values, system specification or mathematical performance modeling. Perform analysis on measurement data and prepare technical reports on findings. Provide explanations for discrepancies between measured and expected values and provide analysis of measurement uncertainties. Perform a variety of engineering assignments in planning and overseeing research, design, development, manufacturing, testing, installation, integration, and operation. Independently perform a range of design, development, analysis, or review tasks under generally established project deadlines. Complete design specifications, analysis, or design reviews for complex projects. Generate complete design specifications for more complex projects. Coordinate and work closely with other engineering departments to define system specifications and requirements. Verify and comply with engineering documentation standards and test procedures. Prepare, deliver, and submit technical reports and perform engineering studies. Support development of technical proposal and provide comments on the technical content. Develop, maintain, and produce technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications. Analyze engineering problems, propose solutions and alternatives, and provide recommendations. Perform other related duties and assignments as directed.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Microwave Engineering and 10 years of related engineering experience, or Masters of Science Degree in Microwave Engineering
with at least 8 years of related engineering experience, or PhD in Microwave Engineering
with at least 5 years of related engineering experience.
Technical & work experience:
The candidate must master concepts, principles, and practices of microwave engineering that enables to serve as a technical authority relating to specific project. The position requires knowledge and skill sufficient to apply the latest developments in engineering to solve problems in the specialty area along with excellent communication and analytical skills. The candidate must have a working knowledge of computer systems and simulation tools and possess planning/organizing skills. The position may require the ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and design solutions to problems in operational hardware. The candidate must have a successful record in base station radio design experience.
Fluent English, both written and spoken. Chinese Mandarin and Swedish is a plus.

High frequency PCB design knowledge
Experience in mass production product design in cost effective way
5+ years of microwave design experience with large radar array systems and products.
Candidates with local or EU work permits ONLY.
