We're looking for a proactive and efficient Senior Revenue Operations Specialist Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to set the foundation for scaling our sales and marketing operations for high growth. If you enjoy doing the ops work while being the first ops hire that will help steer the direction of the revenue ops function, this is a role for you!

You're analytical, naturally curious and solution-oriented.
You eat sales and marketing tech stack for breakfast. You know which vendors and technologies are useful to achieve growth goals and have successfully implemented these technologies.
You've probably gone through a similar growth journey at another company and are eager to apply your skills to scale a fast growing startup!
Not only are you technically skilled to administer the marketing automation and CRM platforms, you're also able to support our demand gen team with insights, database ops and lead enrichment.
You are prestigeless, ready to roll up your sleeves to support ad-hoc requests, and enjoy working in a cross-functional team.
About the role
Define and own Oneflow's reporting to ensure high quality data availability at all levels.
Manage and administer our CRM (Salesforce) and other sales tech platforms
Evaluate, recommend and drive adoption of modern sales technologies to scale growth
Build dashboard and insights reports, business trend analysis to support our GTM strategies and KPIs as well as ad-hoc reports and recommendations based on data to enable data-driven decision making at all levels of the business
Help define our revenue goals and budgets, track performance, and report to the global sales and marketing leadership
Be part of the pioneering team to build the revenue functions at Oneflow with operations and analytics professionals
Collect, create and deliver training content to improve skills & process adoption
Ensure pipeline predictability & reliability, sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, ARR quality management etc
Build strong relationships with leadership and advise on performance management.
Build a strong data driven performance culture.
Design high impact sales excellence training programs.

Must-have skills and experience
5-7 years experience
Solid background in Salesforce, marketing tech and ad tech platforms experience from strategy, vendor selection, to implementation, and driving adoption
Experience in measurement framework development and implementation for our sales and marketing investments
Stakeholders management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience in pipeline predictability & reliability, sales efficiency, forecasting accuracy, ARR quality management etc
Experience in designing high impact sales excellence training programs.
Build a strong data driven performance culture.
Experience in building dashboard and insights reports, business trend analysis to enable data-driven decision making at all levels of the business
Help define our revenue goals and budgets, track performance, and report to the global sales and marketing leadership
