hela Sverige Swapp Agency AB, a leading EOR (Employer of Record) company in Sweden, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Retail Manager to join our team.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sweden, with flexibility to work both from home and our office
locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with the Nordics Sales team to drive lead generation and channel differentiation.
• Oversee new product launches and enhancements, working with product teams and internal stakeholders.
• Manage and train sales teams across the Nordics region, ensuring alignment with product information and marketing initiatives.
• Act as the key point of contact for channel marketing efforts, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and other departments.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a retail management role, with a focus on sales and product management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional Nordic languages are a plus.
