hela Sverige For one of our largest customers we are now seeking for a scientific and technical specialist focused on physiology and pharmacology, with practical experience from relevant in vivo-work with mouse models in focus. Start 1st of December to 30 of June 2013.
The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. (or corresponding experience) in physiology, pharmacology or similar and hands on experience in a variety or in vivo technologies to assess mouse behaviour, metabolism, cardiac functions etc. The candidate should be experimentally focused, with strong troubleshooting skills, adept at putting ideas into practice and providing support/supervision and coaching to peer scientists. The main tasks for the role includes, experimental design, plan comprehensive in vivo studies including relevant breeding programs, perform experiments, compile, display, present and discuss obtained data. We also expect the candidate to contribute to scientific development in relevant areas.
