Align methodologies with research goals, and design experiments in collaboration with the project team. Conduct in vitro and in vivo experiments, record findings and analyze and interpret data and patterns.
Ensure that project timelines, deliverables and budget are defined and monitor progress against objectives. Interpret research specifications and develop a work plan that satisfies requirements.
Interact and collaborate within different departments at the company and with external partners and provide input into project direction. Anticipate research issues and promptly resolve them.
Draft appropriate reports and presentations which are required by the project. Maintain and protect electronic databases.
Your profile
• Ph.D. in relevant biological or medical sciences, with a minimum of 5 years' experience from pharmaceutical company or postdoctoral position.
• Experience from research in Type 2 diabetes. Special emphasis will be placed on scientific skills and area of expertise
• Vast experience of relevant research from both in vitro and in-vivo experimental procedures
• Experience of project and team leading
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
